Our broker Craig Browning was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hard working, very personable, very attuned to the market, almost always available (and always when it counted)---Craig and his assistant Lauren both made the sale process far easier than we had any reason to expect it would be (although it was still a royal pain and something I`d like to not have to do for another 20 years, although that probably won`t be possible)

Craig Browning! We cannot say enough about his courtesy, competence, compassion, and generosity (of spirit and help). We recommend him without hesitation and will refer our friends directly to him! Thank you.

We knew Phyllis Browning was the premier real estate firm in Alamo Heights and didn`t consider any other agency. Our home was sold within the timeframe we wanted and our expectations were met.

Craig Browning. Consummate professional. Knows the Alamo Hts real estate market; he sold my home at a price that I don`t think I`d have gotten if I`d gone with someone else.

Craig Browning was completely accommodation throughout the process and made a logistically difficult sale go very smoothly.

We were fortunate to work with Craig Browning. He was very easy to work with, always answered our questions, and was very accessible. He helped us find a great home before it went on the housing market. We will be recommending him to friends. Thank you!
