Jason and his team were there from start to the actual closing of the sale of the house. Throughout this entire arduous process Jason was there to guide and effectively communicate what was transpiring. We felt very confident with his more than 18 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, coupled with his law degree that he would deliver on the sale of our house, which they most certainly did. Jason was great to work with! He gave numerous ideas to help with staging and appeal. Our house was not even on MLS yet and sold after 2 showings. He also got us the best price. Our final sales price was considerably higher than others had suggested as a starting point. We would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone looking to sell their home.
