Maria Rivera was my agent and she went above and beyond throughout all facets of the process. She identified the home I purchased before it was listed on the market and actually dropped off flyers with gift cards to homes I was interested in that were not listed. And on top of that, she made an appearance at the home inspection despite leaving for her honeymoon the very next day.

We researched multiple realtors on-line and narrowed the candidate field to three. We interviewed the three candidates in-person to determine the best fit for our needs. At the end of our successful journey to sell our beautiful home to move into the soon to be completed retirement community of Bella Vida in La Cantera we are grateful for the care and guidance given to us by The Jason Glast group of Phyllis Browning who introduced us to our Realtor within that group Lauren Lampel. She is truly amazing. She was committed to our best interest in achieving very close to the asking price of our home and knowledgeable about every detail of our sale and our closing. This summer, we moved to San Antonio from Indiana, and we had to do it quickly. Having never been to San Antonio before and anticipating a move with two small children, we hardly knew where to start and struggled to find a good fit. A friend connected us with Maria Rivera at Phyllis Browning, and working with her was literally life changing. I cannot say enough about her professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic. She really got to know us and what we were looking for. She knew the housing market so well, and found us the home we were hoping for. She was available at ANY time and so responsive to our needs. We didn't know if we could pull off a short-notice purchase in an unfamiliar city, but with Maria, we closed on our house with confidence in TEN DAYS.
