Over a year ago we fell in love with a house that we believed could be our forever home. It was a home that met our family's needs, had character and charm, and provided the amenities in a desirable community. The challenge was navigating a difficult market where homes prices kept falling, sellers and buyers dug their feet in, and ultimately houses sat on the market for record times creating frustration and anxiety on all sides. For our family to be fiscally responsible we had to sell our home to buy the home of our dreams. Bennett was referred to us by a trusted source: we interviewed him and he came well prepared, knowledgeable, and plan to achieve the desired goal of selling our home and buying the home of our forever home. While we interviewed Bennett we shared with his our families values, individual challenges within our home with a special needs child, and importance of this being a Christ first transaction: WE placed our homes in the hands of God. As we got to walk with Bennett through this traction I have never partnered with someone more grounded in his faith and embodied the words professionalism, integrity, and character. Within a short period of time Bennett was able to come to agreeable terms with the listing agent of the home building in protection for our family within the transaction while creating good will with the seller and sellers agent. He shared his plan for selling our current home and stayed in constant communication with all. Long story short after facilitating multiple showings on our current home Bennett found a buyer for our home: a husband and wife who fell in love with our current house and wanted to make it their home. Gods Plan. This is when the real work started: the buyer of our home ran into multiple challenges with their financing. The buyer was well qualified but due to their lender choice Bennett had to facilitate communication amongst three families that created a roller coaster of emotions where Bennett kept the end goal in mind and met every problem with a potential solution. Throughout this process out family witnessed a man of God trusting in the Lord and bringing these three families before him. As a professional and leader within my organization I admired Bennett's professionalism and genuine care for the three families versus seeing it as a transaction. I'm making it sound simple, but with a lot of prayer by all three families and synergy that Bennett cultivated amongst all parties I am happy to say our family is living in our forever home. I consider Bennett to be both a trusted realtor and now I feel blessed to call him a friend and brother in Christ. Within his profession this is what great looks like! This is the first time I used an agent to buy a newly constructed house. Maria was the best!! I told her what I was looking for and where I would like to look. She contacted the builders and set up showings, took notes so I could remember things about the houses. When I decided on the house I wanted, she helped negotiate the price so it was closer to what I was willing to pay, and also negotiated items like window coverings and ceiling fans inside the house. She helped me with the pre-move walk-through pointing out things that needed fixing before I moved in, and sent me a follow-up email of things I needed to do. Maria is the Best!!!

Lauren worked tirelessly to ensure a successful transaction. This particular property was a very difficult unit to market and sell. Lauren never even flinched. She just kept doing whatever was necessary going above and beyond to get the deal done. I felt like she was my partner, not just a real estate agent. She is the consummate professional and I can honestly say without her efforts this home would not have been sold successfully. If you have an opportunity to work with her or anyone from this group.
