Kim and team went above and beyond creating a beautiful listing for our land in MLS as well as fielding all the calls and questions that came in. We were ultimately able to get full ask (which Kim helped to price the property just right) and closed on time. Kim Sweeney is the best agent at Phyllis Browning working under with the Jason Glass group. She is sold every home I have owned in the last three years at the highest price per square foot in each of their communities. Excellent at negotiating deals off market. She has save me thousands of dollars in tax liability. Found me off market opportunities and has a useful network of resources including lenders and contractors. In the last three years she has handled six transactions totaling in over $5.8 million of activity for me personally. I plan to do 1 million a year with her in single family home activity as long as she and the JGG are around.
