While waiting for our new home to be built we first reached out to Jason well over a year before selling our home. Jason and his team provided sound guidance on market conditions, advised on high ROI repairs/renovation ideas, and final touches to prepare our home to go on the market. Yes, we had plenty of time to get ready. Jason and his team guided us through each phase with patience and professionalism. The investments made towards preparation really paid off. Jason and principally Todd made recommendations on how to price and prepare and stage the house for sale. Within a couple of days after placing the house on the market, we were flooded with showings. A contract was obtained from a prospective buyer within approximately a week. After the contact was in place, Todd and Marco assisted with the performance of the contract through closing. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

Kim Sweeney with the Jason Glast group at Phyllis Browning is phenomenal. From the first time we met her, she was polite, focused, respectful, and result-driven. She went out of her way to get our house ready for showing, literally getting down on her hands and knees to declutter book shelves, change sheets, and bring in fresh flowers. Her taste is impeccable and her vision is organized. She has dozens of contacts for home renovation at her fingertips. She would even come in to receive and supervise repairs at the house if I could not be there. Kim is exceptionally hardworking and remarkably talented. She knows her business inside out and she is an advocate for you. It has been an honor and a privilege to have her represent us.
