We had some idea what we wanted for our new house, they asked questions and showed us houses to narrow it down. They have powerful tools to use as well with their realty agency...AND they know how to use them effectively and efficiently! They're also experienced and connected to some of the best service providers for during and after the purchase, including Patton Gade and CrossCountry Mortgage. I have said numerous times to my friends and family how great this team was & is through buying my first home!! I’ve learned this process is time sensitive & their communication as well as genuine care could not have been better. As for Dave A., I received his contact through a friend of a friend, emailed him (from AK) and immediately got an excited email back ready to help me find my home! Not to mention - we were communicating through a 3 hour time difference and he was always so responsive & flexible, willing to work a bit later to accommodate the time zones. I had a million questions and he answered every single one in a timely manner with grace. The team I was emailing with was equally as helpful and responsive. I needed certain docs for utility set up and they saved me a ton of time by sending individual PDFs to me to help knock this out. Above & beyond! I learned a lot through this process & bought the house sight unseen. I cannot wait to get there & meet this team! Nothing but amazing things to say. I absolutely will recommend them to anyone looking to buy & hope to use their services in the future!!
