I’d recommend Krista, she was great to work with on my home purchase. Always available and continually offered to help in various ways, meeting contractors at the house, getting info from Title company and lenders, roofers, etc. she knew I had a busy schedule and took much of the burden off my plate.

Krista is very patient and really listens to what you want and need in a home. She was able to find some opportunities to find homes before they hit the market so we could be competitive buyers. Krista is good ally in negotiations. She is also kind and we had a lot of fun during a process that can get a little stressful at times. We are so grateful to have found our perfect home!
