This is the second time we have used Polo to help us with a transaction. He is extremely responsive and pays attention to every detail. We recently sold our home in San Antonio while we were living out of State. This made the process more complicated. Polo went out of his way multiple times to take care of items we would have normally been responsible for as owners. He even drove to our home, after hours, to ensure a last minute detail was addressed to avoid delays in closing escrow. We can't thank Polo enough for all the time and energy he spent on this most recent transaction. I would wholeheartedly use him again and gladly recommend him for anyone seeking to buy or sell a home.
