It was a pleasure to work with Polo. He was knowledgeable and responsive. One of the easiest real estate transactions I have experienced. I was not pleased, however, to find a couple of errors in forms sent to me for e-signature. The forms were corrected, but I feel that documents should be checked carefully prior to being sent to me for signature.

We were new to the area which makes shopping for a new home more challenging. Polo worked extremely hard to meet our needs and was very flexible. We encountered some unexpected delays and Polo was very responsive to make sure we understood every step of the process, advocating on our behalf.
