I am the executor of my mother's estate and have the honor of orchestrating the sale of her home on Geneseo in Terrell Hills. Janet was best in class as our realtor. She provided fantastic advice to prepare our house for showings. Janet had scheduled 4 showings before the house was even listed and once listed, sold the home in 3 days. She was a great source of advice as we navigated the offer and moved toward our closing date. She was responsive throughout the process and worked with a sense of urgency. We would hire Janet again in a heartbeat.

She is so knowledgeable, so kind and reassuring, always has the answer for any question you may have, is fast and efficient at everything yet remarkably still pays close attention to every detail.
