i would recommend Lynn Boyd to anyone looking into buying/selling real estate. I have known Lynn for several years but never had 5e occasion to work with him professionally. This was my first move in 31 years and it was difficult finally making the decision to sell my home. My home was unique in many aspects and presented several challenges, including some unexpected repairs as the house moved to market. Lynn was patient, a good listener, and he and his assistant, Kathy, did an excellent job marketing as well as helping with many pre-closing issues. I always felt like I received good advice, a consistent strategy, and knew my home was in good hands during my frequent absences.

Lynn Boyd and Kathy Mc Cormick made the sale of our condo so easy for us - we had many difficult situations to deal with and Lynn and KATHY just took care of every situation quickly and easily (for us!) - really, they took all the stress off of us and in the process, sold our condo within 3 days of listing it. Lynn was hands-on through out the sale of Dad`s home. He recommended a few simple updates that resulted in multiple offers, navigated us throughout the sometimes overwhelming process and quickly coordinated estimates for repairs alleviating the buyers concerns. I would recommend Lynn without hesitation to anyone selling or buying a home
