Not only did Dave make our family feel important to him, but he listened to our needs, our concerns and made every effort to make the sale of our family home as smooth as possible. With me living in Dallas, TX and the property in San Antonio, TX, Dave went through extreme measures to accommodate in what seemed effortless for him. The hardest part for me is to trust someone I’ve never met, but in speaking with Dave, it’s like he knew me and my family personally and made us feel very comfortable. Due to multiple circumstances our home was difficult to sell and might have spent months on the market – but David’s careful consideration of every nuance, his professional marketing and his unparalleled seller strategy had us under contract in less than a week and sold in 30 days. Collaborating with David was a sheer joy. David did all the hard work and made sure everything was top notch. No question went unanswered – he responded quickly to all concerns throughout the process. Communication was perfect. He kept us posted and treated our house with care. My wife and I worked with David Abrahams for the purchase of our first home in San Antonio and we could not have been more satisfied. This market (Spring/Summer 2021) has been especially difficult for potential homebuyers, but David was our trusted professional in our corner, who was there from the beginning to closing to make sure we got a home that we absolutely love. David and his team were great to work with. They were super responsive, went above and beyond in looking for what we wanted, found us an amazing house, and helped us get a new roof on it before closing when some hail damage came up in the inspection. I will definitely contact him again if I'm ever looking to buy another house in the area.

David went above and beyond for us. We had very specific needs that were hard to find during these strange COVID times and he definitely made it happen for us. I was in CA and my husband was overseas and David made the whole process seamless. He always had our best interest at heart and we truly appreciate his attentiveness, professionalism and his willingness. He was so much more than "just a realtor" throughout the whole process and we are forever grateful.

David was amazing with us. As first-time buyers, during COVID 19, and from a different state, he went above and beyond for us. He would walk us through everything before we even started, just so we'd know whats going to be happening. Buying the house without ever seeing it in person, he was very real with us on the issues of the houses he toured for us, giving us a realistic expectation on what we will get. He fought for us to ensure we got the house we wanted and helped us along the entire process. 100% would recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent as he is on your side and will make sure you get what you want!
