2006 Trevino is the quintessential reason Lost Creek is called "Mayberry" from the Andy Griffeth show. The home backs to a walkable wet weather creek. The brand new screened-in back deck allows for outdoor dinners or a relaxing evening with a breeze from the overhead fan and away from the mosequitos while other people swim in the pool. Go out back and catch crawdads in the creek or hike down the stream if you've had enough "screen-time." The 2085sf home was fully remodeled one year ago by BANDD/Design. The Primary bed and bath are seperated from the other 2 bedrooms and the rest of the home creating a unique private space with views of the hill country. All new Jen-Air appliances, countertops, cabinetry, hardware, flooring, etc within the kitchen. The dining area features an open bar with a wine cooler, mini frig and ice maker. The flex space opens up to the screened-in porch creating a great work environment or relaxing bedroom space. Come and experience 2006 yourself and see what it all offers. Window curtains do not convey.
