Chris O’Connell fulfilled all expectations and more. Since we have known him for most of his life we felt very comfortable with him. Working with him professionally surpassed our expectations. I would recommend Chris to all my friends and neighbors. He presented my home so perfectly that we received an over ask offer the first day it was listed. Received more offers than I ever could have imagined. He had to juggle all the offers (yes, we had a bidding war) and all the issues that came up under contract,.
