Valarie Adams was an amazing realtor. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for us in San Antonio. Even when issues came up she was available and able to help us pivot and still get everything we needed and even have a back up plan just in case. If we ever need a realtor again we will be back.

Dave and his team (shoutout to Branden!) made the process extremely easy and rewarding as first-time home buyers. They were flexible and creative is assisting us through all the hurdles and searches. Their methods and solutions made us feel like we were in Texas even though we were in Germany. Dave lent his expertise and took the time to ensure we understood all the information and potential results of our decisions. As a military family, the timeline we had to look at houses and to close is not a standard timeline. This amazing team was able to go above and beyond in every aspect of this purchase. From getting to know not only myself, but my spouse and our little ones. They were able to ask important questions to understand what our wants and needs were. Brandon and David were able to help find us the perfect property and guide us all along the way. If there's any chance to work with this team, take it and thank me later. David Abrahams and the TIES team with Phyllis Browning are THE BEST realtors to work with. From initial conversation to closing, Dave and his team were reachable, professional, and flexible. My wife and I decided to purchase our home from out of town, but Dave was quick to establish trust and explain that he was confident he could help us navigate the market. Even though this was my first home purchase experience, Dave was quick to explain every step, document, and question I had regarding the process. He and his team attended every home showing we asked, typically on short notice, and took extensive videos and photos so that we could refer back to them later. Even after closing, Dave has maintained great communication with us with regards to our new home needs. I cannot say enough good things about Dave and the TIES team, and HIGHLY recommend them.

David was involved with the entire process. He took our phone call immediately and meet with us on the same day. He made sure we understood every step and always there to answer questions. He was also very friendly and communicated well with us. His team was there with us throughout the process and were such a delight to be around. We could not have asked for a more kind and knowledgeable group of professionals. We decided to sell 2 undeveloped lots in Canyon Lake over the winter--not the best time to sell. David developed a great online marketing piece and found a buyer. He worked diligently through some negotiations and got us a price we were very happy with.

Mr. Dave is very professional, reliable, honest, punctual, and documentation was submitted in a timely manner. Mr. Dave made our experience from taking us to look at homes to guiding us with the several options we had. Mr. Dave made our transition smooth. My husband and I are very glad as Mr. Dave answered our questions throughout the process of being first time home buyers.
