Dave and his team helped our family find our dream home. We found Dave via a Google search - one of the best Google searches ever! Dave responded quickly to our initial request for realtor assistance. To set the scene: we didn't have to move and buy a home, but after a day-long condo search with Dave, we found "the one". Dave assured us that it's still a great time to buy and with some smart negotiations, it proved right! My realtor was Richard Bailey. He told me that he would take care of me, and from start to finish he went above and beyond. He took the time to show me a variety of homes, even though it was 107° and we were both sweltering. I feel we found my perfect house. I felt very comfortable with his suggestions, never felt pushed into a decision and all his ideas were spot on. I couldn't have asked for a more caring and considerate realtor.

Background: We were working with David and his Team just after the mortgage rate went up to around 6% and were overseas during the showings and in a different state during closing. David and his Team made selling our house a pleasant experience. Communication was consistent and constant. The professionalism and attention received throughout the process was amazing.
