Good experience selling our property supported by a very professional team. Starting with a transparent way of valuation, analizing the market and preparing the property' sale with a very usefull and professional marketing materials. Amanda & David, were very hard working team always present atending visitors, touring potential buyer's during the open house days, meeting groups and many other good ideas to get the attention to our property. David Abrahams was kind thoughtful and diligent. He kept me informed every step of the way and was thoughtful enough to offer me alternative when my ideas and requests were not feasible. He is thoughtful and extremely professional. He answers questions quickly and returns phone calls immediately. I would not work with any other realator in the San Antonio area because I believe David is the best.

We would highly recommend your agency to anyone looking for a new home in the San Antonio area. Branden and David were excellent at communicating and being helpful to us as we moved from out of state to make our home here. Rebecca Tolsma I could write a page of praises for the job Brandon did helping us find our home. Amazing would be one word, but most importantly, he listened and took in what we were saying when we looked at all the houses we didn’t buy. Where that proved itself was the day the house we did buy was shown. We were in California, and Brandon and our daughter and son in law video chatted with us. He told us “this is it”, and knowing Brandon knew what we were looking for, we were comfortable making an offer and ultimately purchasing without stepping foot on the property until the day of closing. Throughout that process as well, Brandon communicated with us on every variable. The real estate profession is better off with Brandon in it (on the 3rd house we looked at together, he told me he loved his job, and it shows), and Phyllis Browning and Company is lucky to have him on their team. My wife and I could not be happier with the level of service that David Abrahams provided during the sale of our home. After our former realtor from Keller WIlliams SA cancelled our primary residence's listing during peak season without our consent we were put into a very tough situation. I reached out to my real estate investing forum and asked for realtor suggestions in the area and one name, and only one was recommended - David Abrahams and the TIES Team in the Phyllis Browning Company. I reached out to David and we had a meeting the very next day to discuss our situation. My wife is very wary of the real estate profession based on her previous dealings with "real estate professionals" but after we met with David on the way to the car she stopped me in the parking lot and said "I can't believe I'm saying this, but I really really like that guy and actually trust him." That statement was HUGE. David's team provided so much more market analysis and a deliberate selling strategy compared to the other realtors with which we dealt. The level of service his Team provides to the seller should be the standard for all other realtors to emulate. We could not be happier with David's help selling our property and my wife has already said he is the ONLY realtor she will deal with when it comes time to sell our house. David is an incredible asset to the Phyllis Browning Company and we have already and will continue to recommend his services to our San Antonio area friends.

This was the first home I had ever owned so for me and my wife it was more than just another house to sell and from the beginning David and his partners, especially Cody Posey understood that. They helped us understand the process and guided us to optimize the value of our home. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes and had a great plan for the sale. The listing they produced was fantastic and we had a high volume of online and in person traffic from the moment the listing went live and they helped guide us through any offers we got until finally being under contract within about 6 weeks after listing. I simply could not have asked for a better experience from these consummate professionals.
