Recently, Lynn Boyd helped my wife and I purchase a new home. His help and advice was instrumental to buying the home we wanted at an amount we wanted. He then helped us sell our old home. The home was listed on the afternoon of January 3 and we had an over ask contract by the evening of January 5. Again, Lynn's wisdom and advice helped make the process seem easy and without hassle. From helping us establish a reasonable asking price to making suggestions as to things we could do to make our home more desirable, Lynn was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

He knew my building and accompanied all agents and buyers when they came to look at the property. He helped me with repairs and insurance issues. He is very experienced and knowledgeable.
