We were moving from our home and needed an agent to handle the sale. Word of mouth from Vogt Estate Auction Co. encouraged us to call Craig Browning of the Phyllis Browning Co. We intended to interview three agents, however, after meeting Craig first, we were convinced we need not interview any further. As he listed, advertised, and held frequent showings & open houses, Craig guided us through the sale process with his knowledge and negotiating experience. Always accessible, he treated us and our property as he would a $1,500,000 home, although ours was one-third of that amount. We shall always be grateful to Craig and his diligent team for making this SALE a pleasant experience.

When your broker FaceTimes you from your property at 5pm on a Friday, shovel in hand, sweat rolling down his face to tell you that he was able to find a cleanout that was hidden in the yard, you know he is there for you 100%. We live in Waco and we could not have sold our property in San Antonio (at asking price) without Craig's and his team's commitment and solution-oriented approach. Craig was always available and led all parties involved through what could have otherwise been a bumpy process, with professionalism and class. Craig, Is not only a beyond exceptionally amazing realtor but truly goes above and beyond the call of duty for his clients. There wasn’t anything Craig said no to. He is extremely resourceful, great at explaining everything in detail & has the most laid back approach with the correct amount of assertiveness. If I could give Craig 10 stars I would as he really is such a delight and passionate about making his clients feel like a number one priority!!!

Craig worked so hard to make sure we found our dream home. Any house we wanted to tour, talk about, or ask his opinion on he was ready and willing to talk at length no matter the day or time. We couldn’t recommend Craig more not only for his hard work but also for the kind human he is.
