The whole process would need to be completedremotely, and this home was in no condition to be sold without considerable presales effort.Namely, the personal property within needed to be disposed and repairs needed to becompleted. After that, the home could be listed and advertised for sale.Without hesitation Craig took on this project and performed in a magnificent and timelymanner. He arranged the estate sale. He recommended and oversaw the necessary repairsto the home - all prior to a formal listing contract. He watched over the property.
